How do I know that the organizer will not throw anything away that is important?

Remedease™ has a policy that we do not throw anything away without the client’s permission. This is not about what we want for the client but for what the client want’s for themselves; therefore the decision is not ours, it is yours.

Is it expensive?

It depends on the person and the circumstance. For some people they would feel that it is an expensive luxury to others it is a necessity. It is just like anything else, some people may think that a $50 pair of jeans are expensive and others may spend $1000 on a pair of jeans. Cost is relative. We prefer to focus on value because value is what makes your experience an investment vs. an expense. What is peace of mind, reduced stress and serenity worth to you? Yet we do not want our client’s to feel that the process is never ending. It is important to us that we honor your expectation, are as upfront about cost as we possibly can be and work within your budget.

Will I be forced to get rid of my things?

Remedease™ is all about empowerment. We will not force anyone to get rid of anything. We empower you to make the decisions that help you realize what is important to you enough to make you desire what is more important than that of the material abundance.

I am embarrassed, I don’t want anyone to know that I am disorganized and I haven’t had anyone in my home for years. How can I trust you?

We can’t make you trust us but what we can do is promise that whatever we see and whatever we do we keep it confidential. We are here to help, not criticize or judge. Our organizers are trained to understand the challenges that clients have and understand that compassion is the first order of business in helping our clients.

What is different about Remedease approach to organizing and life balance?

Our services are conducted in a holistic fashion. In other words it is our philosophy that disorganization is the symptom rather than the problem. Typically we like to approach each project by addressing the root of the problem. It could be based in a lack of time investment skills, or personal management that will cause imbalance in ones life and therefore affecting the space. This dynamic may be obvious or subtle either way it needs to be addressed in order for you to maintain the new environment that we are creating.

I am worried about making the investment and not being able to keep up with it. What can I do to prevent that?

Most people at some point backslide. Being organized doesn’t mean being perfect. What it means is to be able to recognize when the backsliding is occurring, accept it and then take action. Don’t beat yourself up, it’s natural.  Life happens. One option that is available are regular check ups. These are great and help keep things under control.
